The breakfast here was really good and didn't break the bank, especially with the refreshing juice 🥤. the location is super convenient, close to a bunch of cool spots like the on-site restaurant, Chapel St, Albert Park, and the city.

Location: the hotel was right by Arts Centre great and the Princess ferry and both the cocktail bar and early arrivals at the restaurant. The room itself was well-maintained and huge with a QS or KS bed and good view, as example as advertised. The pool was great and I had free soft drinks in the poolside bar.
It had not so great views.

The service at Bayview On the Park was impecable. Our room was clean and fitted our needs perfectly and the parking was an extra bonus for the rental car.
Just wheeling bags up and down the carpark steps. Thank goodness I only needed to do this on arrival and departure.

The total stay was pleasant for 2 nights. Comfortable bed and room was brand-new and nicely furnished. The location in a very very nice area was absolutely perfect and wonderful and there were a market and several stores nearby. Albert Park district was definitely worth visiting. The check-in was friendly, we liked poolside bar.

Convenient spot for checking out restaurants and bars. You can easily stroll to a market nearby and there are a bunch of stores right across the street. 🛍️

Great location, rooms have floor to ceiling windows overlooking albert park, port phillip bay and the grand prix track. Good hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and most importantly great coffee at breakfast !

The service was really great, the food was fabulous, and we really enjoyed the poolside bar; everything was fantastic, and they had good wi-fi, plus we parked the car on-site.

Check in was smooth, room was large and comfortable.
Upon arriving back to our room at midnight a function was being held in the downstairs bar area - which happened to be directly over our room - we could hear the music quite clearly. It did stop at about 12.30 am though.We found the doors noisy when closing - there was a lot of door banging during the night - maybe the doors could be "soft closing" somehow?
